CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cannot attend the conference, you may designate an alternate to attend in your place. In the event you need to cancel your registration, you may do so by sending a written notice of cancellation via e-mail isaunders@archives.gov.sk.ca or mail to reach us on or before March 31, 2008. A refund of the registration fee will be made and a cancellation fee of $100 CDN will be applied. No refund of registration fees will be made after midnight on March 31, 2008, or if you failed to cancel your registration, or you did not attend the conference.

Accommodation

ARMA Conference delegates are advised that accommodation at the conference hotel, the Delta Fredericton, is no longer available as all rooms have been booked.

Information on other accommodation at select Fredericton hotels and also Bed and Breakfasts (B&Bs) in the area is provided for you to consider.
