What would a region conference be without a party..

A Party?....Nooooooo....How about three parties....

The local organizing committee have put together a series of social events for your enjoyment. There will be a lot of "down home" entertainment and food. So here are the events that are planned...

01 June 2008, Sunday 7pm – 10pm
ICE BREAKER
GOVERNORS BALLROOM, BALLROOM D and FOYERS

This is an opportunity for the delegates to network and view the Vendor Booths.
We will be serving hor d’oeuvres and the evening’s entertainment will be a musical duo playing easy listening Celtic music. (Cash Bar)

02 June 2008, Monday 7pm – 10pm
DOWNEAST KITCHEN/BIRTHDAY PARTY
GRAND BALLROOMS A,B & C

All attendees are encouraged to dress in red and white to keep with the theme of the evening. We will be entertained by New Brunswick Country Music Hall of Famers, Old Bob and Uncle Teddy. These fine “gentlemen” are guaranteed to keep you rollin in the aisles with their slapstick, twisted style of makin people laugh. Puttin their own spin into home grown and popular tunes, this duo has had folks runnin to the two-holer to relieve the pressure. Why, some have even been known to try a little road kill -- just to dull the pain.
Nibblies for the evening include a selection of hor d’oeuvres and our Down East Potato Bar. (Cash Bar)

03 June 2008, Tuesday 7pm – 11pm
AWARDS BANQUET
GRAND BALLROOMS A,B,C & D

This evening of recognition for ARMA members and Chapters will be a time to reflect on ARMA Canada’s successes for 2007-2008 and show our appreciation for those who have contributed so generously of themselves to ARMA. The evening will kick off with a reception in the Ballroom Foyer from 6:30 – 7:15. Just prior to the meal we will be entertained by the award winning Lintuhtine Choir from Oromocto, NB. These young ladies are a joy to hear. The entré for the Banquet will be Slow Roasted Prime Rib with all the fixings. (Cash Bar)
