Hello,
I am interested to know if anyone has had experience creating a records management policy in a company that has an international clientèle. Specifically, a Canadian company that works with the records of US and European clients. I am looking to put together a retention schedule but I am not sure if I only need to abide by Canadian law, or also need to consider the guidelines set in place by the US and Europe.
