  • • Please note that Rapid Fire presenters will receive a non-transferable 25 percent discount ($250 value) off their registration if they are not also accepted to present another session. ARMA Canada will publish your presentation on the Conference website.
  • • New this year: speakers may be asked to present their session twice in order to receive full conference registration (this change has been made due to the addition of the new 30 minute session option).

Volunteer Information

ARMA Canada is recruiting members to volunteer during the 2019 Conference in Montreal, Q.C. Please read the following information carefully as the volunteer program has changed.  In exchange for complimentary registration for the Conference, a value of $1,045, volunteers are required to commit to a set number of hours equal to one full day (some shifts will be two half-day shifts).

Volunteers are assigned a variety of shifts as described below and they must be available for the shifts assigned to them:

  1. Registration Desk – greet and register Conference delegates; respond to inquiries
  2. Administration Room – assist in the operation of the Administration room, including greeting speakers, speaker registration, photocopying, running errands, and other duties as required.
  3. Pre-Conference session monitors (June 1 & 2) – some people able to be in Montreal over the weekend can fulfill their volunteer duties by being a session monitor in one of the pre-conference sessions, which will free you up to attend the full conference, having fulfilled your duties during the pre-conference.

Features of a full Conference registration include:

  • Monday to Wednesday education sessions and refreshment breaks (when not assigned a volunteer shift)
  • Sunday Welcome Reception
  • Monday – Wednesday breakfast and lunch
  • Exhibit Hall access
  • Education session handouts (to be provided electronically)
